NASA will send a space X rocket to Jupiter's 'moon'

 


In a few years, NASA, the US space agency, is going to launch a satellite in Europe known as Jupiter's 'moon'. To make the mission a success, they have signed a deal with SpaceX, the company of US billionaire Elon Musk. According to the agreement, the Falcon heavy rocket made by Space X will be used in the trip to Europe. News AFP.Falcon Heavy will sail to Europe from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, USA in October 2024.

 NASA has signed a 167 million contract with Elon Musk to use the rocket. The mission will be carried out to find out whether Jupiter's satellite is suitable for life or not.NASA wanted to use its own space launch system (SLS) for the mission. But it is not ready yet. As a result, the company will use Elon Musk's Falcon heavy rocket.

Falcon Heavy will carry artificial satellites into space as part of NASA's mission. It will fly 40 to 50 times very close to Europe. There will be cameras, radar and spectrometers.Through this, high quality pictures of Europe can be taken. A map of the surface of the satellite will be created. 

And radar will be used to find out if there is liquid water under the ice cover of Europe.In the meantime, Space X's Falcon Heavy has become quite popular for space travel. In 2016, it made its first space journey. The service successfully flew a Tesla Roadstar model Falcon Heavy. Since then, the SpaceX rocket has been used in both commercial and government missions.
