Employees will get thousands of dollars if they get vaccinated

 Vanguard, the world's leading investment company, has announced that it will pay a thousand dollars to each of its employees in the United States for vaccination. The employees of the company will get this facility till next October. If anyone has been vaccinated before making this announcement, they will also be able to take advantage, subject to appropriate information and evidence. 


This information was given in a report of the British media BBC on Thursday.The Pennsylvania-based investment firm made the announcement in the wake of rising Delta-type infections of the coronavirus in the United States. Earlier, Microsoft and Google made it mandatory for employees to be vaccinated. Walmart and Uber, on the other hand, made it mandatory for their managers to vaccinate, but no instructions were given to field workers. 

On the other hand, tech giants Amazon and Apple have not introduced any specific rules about vaccinating employees.Vanguard has 16,500 employees in the United States. The organization says that vaccination is the best way to prevent coronavirus infection. For this reason, they have tried their best to motivate their employees to vaccinate. A spokesman for the organization said incentives were available for workers who showed proof of vaccination. 

This incentive is being given in recognition of protecting yourself and everyone in the organization from the virus through vaccination.This image of motivating employees to vaccinate is in stark contrast to that of BlackRock, a major wealth management organization in the United States. Employees who have not been vaccinated have been barred from coming to work since last July.Coronavirus infections have been on the rise in the United States recently. 

The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has instructed everyone to wear a mask. New York City authorities say both buyers and sellers will need to be vaccinated in September if they want to use the service at restaurants, gyms and other in-house businesses.Vaccines are being slowly introduced in various states in the United States, leading to such decisions in the face of pressure from businesses and states.
