Recruitment tests for several posts in the Fisheries Department have been postponed. These written examinations were to be held on 5th and 12th March. Recruitment test has been postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The date and time of the examination will be notified later. This information has been given in the press release of the Fisheries Department on Sunday (February 28).
According to the press release, the recruitment circular was issued on March 19 last year to fill 310 vacancies in the revenue sector of the Fisheries Department in grades 14 to 20. Later, the application deadline was extended to July 14. The written test for the posts of driver, security guard and office assistant among the applicants was scheduled to be held on Friday, March 5 at 3 p.m.The written test for the posts of shorthand typist cum-computer operator, office assistant cum-computer typist, hatchery technician and pump operator was scheduled to be held on Friday, March 12 at 3 p.m. These two tests have been postponed due to unavoidable reasons. The date and time of the examination will be notified later. All the information related to the test can be found on the website of the Department of Fisheries (www.fisheries.gov.bd).
The press release further said that with the technical assistance of Teletalk Bangladesh Limited, information regarding download of admission tickets has been sent to the registered mobile numbers of the examinees. Admission is open for download.
