Pakistan's Prime Minister Imran Khan has agreed to accept the resignation of private spokesman Nadeem Afzal Chan.
The PTI leader had tendered his resignation to Imran Khan on January 13, Pakistani media, including Dawn, reported.
Prime Minister Imran Khan has accepted the resignation of Special Assistant to Parliamentary Affairs Nadeem Afzal Chan, a statement from the country's cabinet said.
Nadeem Afzal Chan did not comment on the reason for his resignation. However, he acknowledged that their numbers were not enough to defeat Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's government.
Earlier, two special assistants of Imran Khan resigned last year due to disagreements over various policy issues of the government.
They are, Imran Khan's special assistant for health. Zafar Mirza and Tania Adras, Special Assistant on Digital Pakistan.
